They somehow called my sister and are now saying I owe them around $2000 and that I have never made an attempt to reach out to them but I have every email saved going back to 2018. Since then I have received an email in March, June and Nov of 2022. In Nov 2021 I got an email that they have forwarded my account to their pre-legal department and if I want to resolve the issue to contact them, I did respond back to the email informing them that I gave updated bank info in Jan 2018 I never heard anything back from them until Jan 2022 sending me the same email as before and again I responded but I received no response. I never heard anything, I assumed my payments were getting taken out monthly I didn't bother to check my bank account. He then informed me which dates are best to process payment and I said the 23rd of every month would work. ******************* with the FINANCE DEPARTMENT asked for my new debit/credit information so he can update the information in the system, I responded and gave him the new information which the card did not expire until Oct 2020. I emailed back apologizing and explained that I had to replace everything in my wallet and forgot to update my information with them. Jan 2018 I received an email from ******************* in the pre-legal department that I was refusing to pay and were investigating my file and if it should be classified as theft of service with the intent to defraud their company. I can't remember what my total was but I was making auto payments of $125 I believe every month, fast forward towards oct/nov of 2017 I got my wallet stolen and had to replace everything, I did forget to update my new banking information as soon as I got my new card so that is my fault. ![]() ![]() I had an emergency with my pet back in April of 2017 and could not afford to pay for snake bite treatment out of pocket so I signed up through iCare.
